Important Notice
By making a reservation with Negros Rentals, you ("the Guest") agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Reservation & Payment
- Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm any booking. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
- Payment Amount: The minimum reservation fee is ₱500. We strongly recommend a 50% down payment to secure your dates.
- No Reservation Without Payment: No down payment, no reservation. Pencil bookings are not permitted.
- Official Payment Channels: All payments must be made exclusively to the official accounts of Sheryl Entila. Payments made to any other account will not be recognized.
- Payment Confirmation: To confirm your payment, you must send a screenshot of the transaction to our designated "proof of payment" section.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The reservation fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once a booking is confirmed.
- Refunds: In exceptional cases, a 50% refund of payments made may be considered, processed only after a minimum of 7 days.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Times: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement. A fee of ₱150 per hour will be charged for any early check-in or late check-out that is not pre-approved. The maximum late check-out time is 12:00 NN.
- Identification: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled in full upon check-in.
- Unit Access: The door access code, Wi-Fi password, and Netflix details will only be provided after full payment is completed.
4. House Rules & Guest Conduct
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all, guests are required to adhere to the following:
- Cleanliness: A "Clean As You Go" (CLAYGO) policy is strictly enforced. Guests are expected to keep the unit tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas, throughout their stay.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo unit.
- Noise & Parties: Loud noises and parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of neighbors and building rules.
- Appliance Use: Use all appliances and amenities responsibly and turn them off when not in use.
- Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the unit.
- Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins.
5. Penalties & Damages
The Guest is fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during their stay. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Negros Rentals to charge the following penalties to the payment method on file or collect them before departure:

6. Extra Beddings & Amenities
- Extra Bedding Set (₱250): Includes 1 extra bedsheet, 1 blanket, 1 towel, and 1 pillow.
Note: An extra trifold mattress will be provided if the unit has no pullout/sofa bed or for groups larger than 4 persons.
- À La Carte Items:
- Additional Towel Only: ₱50
- Additional Blanket Only: ₱50
7. Liability
negros Rentals is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Guest's personal belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables at all times.

Negros Rentals is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our booking services.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and government-issued ID information for verification purposes.
- Payment Information: Payment method details and transaction records for booking processing.
- Booking Details: Check-in/check-out dates, unit preferences, and special requests.
- Communication Records: Messages, emails, and other communications between you and our team.
How We Use Your Information
- Booking Processing: To process your reservations and manage your stay.
- Communication: To send booking confirmations, updates, and important notices.
- Verification: To verify your identity and ensure security.
- Service Improvement: To enhance our services and customer experience.
Information Protection
- Secure Storage: Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
- Limited Access: Only authorized personnel have access to your personal information.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
